For domestic orders, all shipping is free and sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. Once verified all order will be promptly sent out and tracking will be sent via the email provided at check out.
For international orders, shipping cost is calculated at check out. You are able to select delivery via postal service, UPS, or DHL. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification. Once verified all order will be promptly sent out and tracking will be sent via the email provided at check out.
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours via an email to grailatl@gmail.com. Please be sure to note "order cancellation" in the email subject line.
To protect our customers, GrailATL is unable to change the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery,
We are also unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
