We accept returns for any reason – sizing, colour, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, however, all items must be returned in retail quality – unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please make sure to contact our team at email@example.com with your concern - making sure to note "return item" in the email subject line. You may return any unused items within 14 calendars days of receipt (own expense) for a full refund of your payment. Any items returned within 30 days calendar days of receipt are still eligible for exchange and/or gift card.
Returned items are inspected to ensure no soiling or heavy wear has occurred. Please return your merchandise undamaged and with as many of the original labels as possible. Any item in unsuitable condition will be considered unacceptable and promptly returned to you. If the items are acceptable and returned within the 14 calendar day window, we will issue a full refund for the cost of your goods - this will be issue within 5 calendar days of receipt.
If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a Repair, Refund, Credit or Exchange, at our discretion.
We recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.
