Return Policy


“How do I return an item?”
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt (own expense). Please note that worn and/or soiled items will not be accepted.

Please fill in the return form you received and attach it to your package.

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with. Returning costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.

“Can I exchange my online purchase?”
Unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange your return. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the value of the articles at the price you paid for them. If the article you are looking for is still available, you can make a new order in our online store.

“Have you received my returned goods?”
As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will notify you by e-mail. Please note that it takes a while to process your return. A refund will follow within fourteen days.

“What if I return the item on day 14?”
Not a problem – so long as it is sent with in 14 days of you receiving it – we will honor crediting items that arrive by post our courier after the 14 window. If there is a problem with returning your item and giving you a credit.


“I have received a faulty item from your online store”
You should inspect Grail ATL goods for faults as soon as you receive them. If you think there is a defect, please let us know straight away by contacting Customer Service explaining what’s wrong and emailing photos of the faulty article to our Customer Service department at Please note that we must be notified within eight working days if any items received are defective or damaged.

“I have a complaint about an article I purchased at your online store”
If you have any issue or complaint about an article bought at Grail ATL, we recommend to contact our customer service department at
